This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases made directly from Quibraxnqueblai.world, 305 Branmar Plaza, Wilmington, DE 19810, United States, operator of the Lerixa brand. It supplements the Terms of Service and does not replace mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

2. General philosophy

We approach returns with the same care we apply to formulation: measured, documented, and respectful of both product integrity and your time. Where the law grants you an unconditional cooling-off period, we honour it. Where hygiene regulations limit returns of opened ingestibles, we explain the boundary transparently and offer alternatives such as replacement or credit when appropriate.

3. Right of withdrawal (EEA, UK, and similar regimes)

If you qualify as a consumer under the laws of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with a statutory withdrawal right for distance contracts, you may cancel your purchase within the period specified by law—typically fourteen days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods—without giving reasons.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement before the deadline expires. You may use any written medium, including email. We will confirm receipt without delay.

If you requested delivery to begin during the withdrawal period for goods that deteriorate rapidly, or if you opened sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection, your right may be limited as permitted by applicable law.

4. Standard voluntary return window

Even where no statutory withdrawal applies, we may accept returns of unopened products in resaleable condition within thirty days of delivery, subject to inspection. Original packaging, seals, and proof of purchase should accompany the return. We reserve the right to decline a return if the product shows wear, missing components, or evidence of tampering.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, you are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

5. Defective, damaged, or incorrect shipments

If your order arrives damaged in transit, contains the wrong item, or exhibits a manufacturing defect, notify us within fourteen days of delivery with photographs of the outer carton, inner packing, and affected units, together with your order number. Upon verification, we will offer a prepaid return label where applicable, a replacement shipment, or a full refund including reasonable outbound shipping you already paid.

If only part of an order is affected, we will correct that portion without requiring you to return acceptable items unless batch traceability requires it.

6. Opened dietary supplements

For health and safety reasons, opened bottles or blister packs may not be eligible for refund unless they are defective or mislabelled as determined by our quality team. This limitation aligns with common regulatory expectations for ingestible products and protects all clients from receiving restocked items of uncertain chain of custody.

If you experience an unexpected sensory characteristic (for example, odour or colour variance) that concerns you, pause use and contact us; we may request lot information printed on the package.

7. Return process and inspection

Approved returns receive instructions by email, including any return merchandise authorisation code required by our warehouse. Items lost in return transit without tracking may not be credited. Upon receipt, our team inspects goods within five business days. We will notify you if the return is rejected with an explanation.

8. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever technically possible. Depending on your financial institution, posting may take several additional business days. Store credit may be offered when faster resolution is mutually desirable or when card networks restrict partial reversals.

If you used a promotional bundle discount, refunds may be recalculated to reflect the retained items’ standalone pricing.

9. Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges for alternate flavours or SKUs. Where inventory allows, we may accommodate an exchange by refunding the original item and inviting you to place a new order to preserve accurate tax and shipping records.

10. Subscription or recurring orders

If we offer subscription fulfilment, cancellation and modification rules will be presented at enrolment. Generally, you may cancel before the next billing cut-off to avoid a further shipment. Past shipments remain subject to this Policy.

11. Chargebacks and payment disputes

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and potentially resolve the matter faster than card network timelines allow. Chargebacks filed in bad faith or after we have already provided a remedy may affect future ordering privileges.

12. Gift orders

Refunds for gifts may be issued as store credit to the purchaser or recipient as agreed in writing, subject to fraud prevention checks.

13. International returns

Customers outside the United States remain responsible for customs documentation on returns unless we expressly provide a commercial invoice for warranty replacement. Duties and taxes paid to authorities are generally non-refundable by us but may be recoverable from your local customs office under its procedures.

14. Force majeure affecting returns

If postal systems, weather events, or regulatory actions delay return processing, we will extend deadlines proportionately and communicate revised expectations.

15. Record retention

We retain return and refund records for at least the period required by tax and consumer law, including correspondence demonstrating your consent to alternative resolutions.

16. Changes

We may update this Policy to reflect operational or legal developments. The date at the top indicates the latest revision. Orders placed before a change remain governed by the Policy version in effect at purchase unless a retroactive benefit is required by law.
